Heather Belsito, Broker

Heather always puts her clients’ needs first and not just because she is a FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) and must follow two codes of ethics. She wants her Sellers to get top dollar and will use her many years of experience to help set the right price and market the home to its full potential.

Before becoming a Broker twelve years ago, Heather worked in the family building business, setting prices and marketing new homes. She also has experience with rental properties because she manages several rentals and can help investors find the right property and more importantly, the right tenant!

Heather helps first time buyers understand every aspect of the home buying process so that when it’s time to make a purchase, the buyers understand what they are buying and how much they should pay as well as assistance with every step. Move up and right size buyers appreciate her knowledge real estate values and trends. Heather, along with her husband Pat, have three children and one grandchild. They recently right sized and moved to Waterdown.

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. Hiking at Mount Nemo or Crawford Lake, Golfing, Babysitting my Granddaughter, Board games with family.

Q. Where is your favourite place to travel and why?
A. My favourite city, that I have travelled to, is Prague. It is very safe and there are so many things to see that aren’t typical tourist attractions, like the Lennon wall.

Q. What really makes you laugh?
A. Late night talk shows and spending time with my family.

Q. What is your favourite place in your home?
A. My backyard in the spring & summer and my kitchen when it’s too cold to go outside.
