OREA has taken the position, and RAHB agrees, that all sales representatives should stop face-face business, including open houses, in-person showings, and public office hours. As a technology enabled Real Estate Team, we were able to quickly adjust our business to help our team, clients, and community remain as safe and healthy as possible. We can facilitate most home showings virtually to support social distancing via video calls.
In addition, our team can provide buyer & seller consultations virtually via online screen share and video applications. You do not need to put your real estate goals on hold. Just this morning one of our agents performed a virtual home evaluation via Facebook Messenger. We will be listing their home within the next week. Even if you decide to wait a month or two, you can still prepare in advance to ensure no time is wasted.
