​​OREA has taken the position, and RAHB agrees, that all sales representatives should stop face-face business, including open houses, in-person showings, and public office hours.  As a technology enabled Real Estate Team, we were ​able to quickly adjust our business to help ​our team, clients, and community remain as safe and healthy as possible. ​​We can facilitate most home showings virtually to support social distancing via​ video calls.

In addition, our team can provide buyer & seller consultations ​virtually via online screen share and video applications. You do not need to put your real estate goals on hold. Just this morning one of our agents performed a virtual home evaluation via Facebook Messenger.  We will be listing their home within the next  week.  Even if you ​decide to wait a month or two, you can still prepare in advance to ensure no time is wasted.
