If a house is believed to be haunted, has had a death, murder or grow-up in it, does the homeowner/realtor have to disclose this information to potential buyers? Listen in to The Hamilton Real Estate Show for the answers to these questions and more!

In real estate a stigmatized property is a property  that may have a difficult time selling due to circumstances that may have occurred in the house. These circumstances include a death of an occupant, a murder or even the belief that the house may be haunted.

Rob Golfi (Hamilton’s Top Producing and Best Realtor) was back in the studio am900 CHML with Rick Zamperin on April 30, 2016 to discuss this topic. If you were a buyer of such a property, this is information that you may want to know but on the other hand, it may not matter to you at all. Either way, there is a right and wrong way to List and Sell this kind of property and this show is the one you don’t want to miss. Listen LIVE every Saturday morning at 9:06am for everything Hamilton Real Estate. Can’t listen live? Listen to all our shows HERE.
