Rob, Rick and Jennifer discuss the situation in British Columbia and Metro Vancouver. A lawyer behind the challenge says the revised legislation violates over 30 international treaties where Canada has committed to treat foreign nationals just as favorably as citizens of Canada. A judge must still decide if the Class Action Application can proceed. How closely are realtors in this province (Ontario) watching what is happening in British Columbia?
