Are real estate prices peaking? Well, it’s a fact that every 10 years, house prices double. It doesn’t matter if the market is up, down, sideways or flatlined. Don’t be afraid to buy real estate because you’ll always do well, and it’s always lucrative in Canada.
The major banks tell us real estate values will continue to increase through the first two quarters, levelling off in the summertime, so real estate prices are not peaking yet. For now, it’s going to continue to be a crazy seller’s market, which if you own a house, congratulations, you just made a lot of equity.
