From big brands like Remax to small independent companies, you owe it to yourself to find the organization that fits you and your needs best.
There are so many companies and models out there, which means there are no right or wrong directions to take, but the question is, “Are they right or wrong for you?”
Take the time to learn about the teams you’re interested in, and be sure they align with your career goals and personality.

Know your Buyer Representative, Listing, and Mock Offers Agreements, everything. Study, study, study. Remember the adage; practice makes perfect. Become the expert; it will put you ahead of the rest.
#4. Understand Your Current Market
You know what they say, “Knowledge is power.” If you don’t know your market, you will struggle to appear credible in your clients’ eyes.
